The Paper Idea Form: Your Question, Your Sources, Your Plan

From what interests you to a paper you can start writing, in eight short parts: a question narrow enough to answer, ten real sources, the figures that will carry your argument, and where the science goes next.

Your work stays on this iPad. Everything you type saves in this browser as you go. Nothing is sent to me or anyone else. When a milestone is due, tap Download Word file at the bottom and upload that file to the Canvas assignment.

Keep a backup. Download the Word file each time you finish a part. If this iPad is reset, you change iPads or the form comes up empty, tap Load a saved Word file at the bottom and choose the last file you downloaded from this form. Everything comes back.

When a milestone is due

Download it, upload it, talk it through

The Word file opens in Word on your iPad, so you can keep writing in it. Upload it to the Canvas assignment for that milestone, then bring it to Flex or class and talk me through it.

Nothing typed yet.

Safari can clear saved work if you switch iPads, clear its history, or leave the site unopened for a week or more. The Word file is your backup: loading it puts every answer back, including your sources and your AI log.
